MaTisse DB: Comprehensive identification from MALDI imaging matrices and tissues
The MaTisse DB contains the bottom-up identifications from matrix proteomes and the proteomes of the underlying tissues of MALDI imaging specimen was well as top-down identifications from MALDI matrix extracts of Maier et al. Furthermore it contains a comprehensive listing of masses identified in MALDI imaging studies of humans and rodents.
The underlying data MS data is available through proteomeXchange and in the supporting information of the manuscript.
